SACRAMENTO’S MOMENTUM IS REAL,
A N D T H E J A C Q U E LY N I S P R O U D T O M O V E W I T H I T .
It has been two and a half years since we opened,
and the work has been steady. Food and beverage
now operates under one team, which lets us focus
on what we do well. We have learned what works
inside these walls and what doesn’t.
Over the last eighteen months, we have spent a
lot of time listening to members and to the city
itself. What we keep hearing is that Sacramento
needs more ways for people to connect in real life.
We are in the relationship business. Our job
is to facilitate the connections that move this city
forward, and we do that by providing the space
and the opportunity for it to happen. In a world
that keeps pulling people toward screens, there is a growing need to be human, to sit across from someone
and build a relationship over time rather than online.
That focus is showing up in new programming this season. Our Chef’s Counter dinner series brings new
people together at our Gallery demonstration kitchen, an intimate format that encourages interaction and
introduces members to each other.
Weekly specials and diverse events keep the club lively. We are bringing in quality entertainment and
hosting speaker series that go deeper, asking questions most rooms leave alone. Events have been 昀椀lling
quickly, so if something catches your eye, get on the waitlist. When we are able to open additional programs
or space, waitlisted members are always the 昀椀rst call.
Executive wellbeing is a serious focus for us this year. This fall, we’re launching a workshop series built
for leaders at every level, led by Tony Cooper. Each session follows a consistent rhythm: Questions and
Discussion, Presentation, Exercise, and Shared Learnings and Takeaways. Topics span “From Reaction to
Agency: The Leadership Mindset Ladder” to “Your Leadership Operating System: How You Lead, Decide
and Create Trust.”
Sacramento’s growing, and we intend to keep building alongside it.
